ImmortaZon was a useful site, but it was so full or products that it could get a little confusing. Right now, for instance, all Level wanted was a TV like the one Pinkie had; one that would let her see into other dimensions. But the wide array of options before her was starting to hurt her head more than she had anticipated. There were classic tube-based TVs, fancy plasma screens, crystal balls, holograms, and about a million other varieties, none of which seemed to give her exactly what she wanted. Every single solitary description she read had the same phrase: “Inter-dimensional Cable/Streaming Sold Separately”. Was she supposed to care about that? All she wanted was a TV like Pinkie’s! “Stupid Pinkie with that fancy TV,” Level grumbled. “What is it going to take to catch up with her? I supposed I could spy on worlds more directly with my magic, but I have other things to do literally every day, and I can’t wear myself out using my magic for one big thing like that. I mean, what is

Flash Sentry was lounging on his bed, idly strumming notes on his guitar. His classes were done, his homework was finished, and his next trip to Equestria was scheduled for tomorrow, so that gave him time to work on his music. He wondered what kind of lyrics would best fit the tribute song that he was writing for the upcoming Daring Do movie. As he pondered this, his mind couldn’t help but flicker over to the Daring Do books that he’d seen in Equestria. Apparently, in that world, Daring Do was a pegasus. Twilight was a big fan of the books; perhaps he’d take her to the movie when it came out. Yeah, that sounded nice. His semi-typical teenage boy thoughts were interrupted when his phone buzzed on his nightstand. He set the guitar aside and picked up the phone to find a text from Pinkie Pie. The content of the message worried him: [URGENT: please acknowledge you saw this.] Concerned, Flash went right to opening his Messages app, allowing him to immediately see the next message that

Pony Level had been made aware of her Human counterpart’s struggles in Canterlot High. To say that Omicron sounded like a real piece of life-ruining and life-taking work would be an understatement. However, the part that Level was interested in the most was the solution that Human Level had come up with after taking Human Azalea’s advice. If people really were as helpless as the baby animals in Baby Farm: Pacifier Paradise, then it stood to reason that human beings across the multiverse would also need to be tended to and cared for in the same manner as those virtual calves and ducklings and whatnot. To that end, Pony Level had an idea. “Are you sure this is smart?” Human Level thought as Pony Level scrolled through ImmortaZon, the ImmortaNet’s premier shopping site. “The multiverse is a massive place. I don’t want you getting hurt.” “Relax,” Pony Level assured her. “As long as I mask up like you do, I’m sure I’ll be fine. Besides, I’m a literal god. I’m sure nothing bad will

“The Omicron variant is continuing to sweep through the nation at an alarming rate as more and more people are refusing to wear masks under the false pretense that they are safe from the virus. With less than half of the Canterlot area fully vaccinated, and future mutations of the virus still very much in question, it looks as though COVID-19 will continue to be around for a long-” Level shut off the TV, having heard more than enough for one day. “Morons,” Level grumbled to herself. Ever since COVID-19 had come to Canterlot, Level felt like she was the only sane human in existence. Most people had stopped taking the threat seriously by the time the Omicron variant emerged, even though that should have been yet another red flag. Others had never taken the threat seriously to begin with. Everyone was still going to school, and half the student body was too dumb to mask up. Only Level, with diabetes-induced vulnerability, seemed to both know and care that she and everyone on the planet

Flash carefully walked through Ponyville. He couldn’t hang out with Twilight today; she had gone off on an important mission to someplace called Yakyakistan. When he’d asked her about it while she was on her way out the door, she’d simply told him that it was where all the yaks lived. A subsequent trip to her castle’s library informed him that Yakyakistan was a monarchy situated far north of Equestria, and that the yaks who lived there valued hard work and honesty above all else. Reading about an entirely separate species who had a society that coexisted with ponykind made Flash realize just how little he truly knew about this world. So, in an effort to learn more, he stepped out of the castle to take a walking tour of Ponyville. Flash scanned the buildings all around him, taking in all of the bright colors and strange shapes that made up the architecture. In all of his years in the Human world, he had never seen anything like this; all of the buildings in his home world had been

It was yet another normal day in Ponyville. Level was in her room, doing some physical therapy exercises to help heal her back left hoof. She sat upright on her bed, watching her rear hooves as she used them to trace the letters of the alphabet in the air. “A, B, C, D, E, F, G...” and so on danced through her head as she worked to ensure that her hoof would be able to function normally once she was out of the boot. Suddenly, she heard a knock on her front door. Curious, she stood up and made her way there. She had more or less gotten used to her lopsided gait, so it took very little effort to walk now. It brought her great joy that she was able to stand on her own four legs again; using the leg trolley had been tough. When Level opened the door, there was nopony there. She sighed; it was clearly either a ding-dong-ditch or a mail delivery. Well, there was only one way to find out which one it was. She walked over to the mailbox, popped it open, and found that there were, in fact, a

The moment Flash walked into the library, he knew that there was something very, very wrong. The most obvious clue was that Twilight was standing inside of a magical force field that appeared to be coming from her horn. A book on the nearby table was open to something called, “Melodious Message”. However, much more importantly than either of those things was Twilight’s heavy breathing. She was emitting the strained, wheezing gasps of someone – somepony – who was struggling to maintain their composure during a tense situation. Why, if Flash didn’t know any better, he would almost think that his beloved Princess was having a panic attack! Flash cautiously approached Twilight, careful not to get too close to the force field in case it turned him into a frog or something. “Hey, Twilight?” he asked. “Everything’s wrong!” Twilight blurted. The force field collapsed as her eyes shot open, her head swiveling around to look for the source of what, to her, was clearly a very startling

Azalea’s hoofsteps echoed through the hall. In her magical grasp, she held a dozen scrolls, each containing a new policy that she planned to propose. If she could get Princess Cadence’s approval, then the Crystal Empire could finally get traffic lights installed, just like all of the major cities in Equestria. Using her magic, Azalea made the doors to the throne room swing open. There, as usual, Princess Cadence was sitting on her throne, watching as her little Flurry Heart played with blocks on her activity quilt. “I brought some potential policies for you, Cadence,” Azalea said, giving her the pile of scrolls. “I’d appreciate it if you could look at them sometime.” “Thank you, Azalea,” Cadence replied, using her magic to take the scrolls and set them down next to her. “I’ll get started right away.” She levitated the first scroll, unfurled it, and started to scan it. However, her eyes had only scanned the parchment for a few seconds before they started to droop. Before long, her

Flash Sentry sat down in the library of Twilight’s castle, but it was not Twilight whom he was facing. Instead, Pinkie Pie had asked Twilight if she could borrow him for “multiverse stuff”. Twilight, who was well-versed in Pinkie’s randomness, had agreed. So, now, Flash was sitting in a chair in the library, watching as Pinkie, who had seamlessly replaced her Human counterpart as his mentor, wrote on a chalkboard. “All right, Flash, pay close attention,” Pinkie instructed him as she prepared an empty numbered list to be filled. “Rule number one of the multiverse is that anything that can be, is. This is pretty self-explanatory; if you can picture it, it really exists in a universe somewhere.” She paused to let Flash write his notes. Unfortunately, like most ponies in Equestria, the lack of opposable digits meant that he was stuck writing with his mouth. To call his mouth-writing chicken scratch would be an overstatement, but he was ninety-percent sure that he would remember the

Level was back at the hoofdiatrist’s office, sitting on the exam table and waiting for the results of her X-ray. It had been two weeks since she’d gotten her stitches removed, and she was feeling a little nervous. She knew that the surgery was supposed to improve her condition, but what if something had gone wrong? What if, Luna forbid, she had to go back under the knife for whatever reason? She couldn’t bear the thought of going through that rigmarole a second time! Finally, Dr. Pes Solidamentum stepped through the doorway, levitating a clipboard. “Good morning, Princess Level Up,” he addressed her. “Morning,” Level replied, hoping that her nervousness wasn’t too obvious in her voice. “I have some good news,” Dr. Solidamentum said. “Your healing process is going remarkably well. The crack is still visible, but it is much less problematic than it was a few weeks ago.” He turned the clipboard around to show her the X-ray photos. Level could see the crack, along with the metal pins
